So you know what you are getting into — the whole process from first message to handing over the keys.
Call or fill in the form
Briefly describe the situation. Photos from your phone help us enormously — they often let us estimate the work without an inspection.
Free inspection
We come by, look at everything and discuss what stays and what goes. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Fixed price in writing
You receive a written quote with a fixed price. What it says is what applies — even if the job turns out bigger than expected.
Clear, clean, hand over
We clear, dispose of everything properly, clean the rooms and handle outstanding small repairs. You get the keys and the disposal records.

A fixed price that holds
The price in the quote is the price on the invoice. We do not bill by the hour and we do not come back with extra charges because the cellar was fuller than expected.
Everything from one team
Clearing, cleaning, small repairs — you do not need to find three companies and align their schedules.
Value offsetting
If we find anything of value while clearing, we offset it against your bill. That lowers your price rather than raising our margin.
Proper disposal
Sorted by waste type, through licensed disposal companies. On request you receive the records — important for inheritances and official requirements.

With bereavements and hoarded flats, how someone handles the situation matters. We work quietly, without comment and without drawing attention in the stairwell.
We speak your language
This site is available in eight languages. If German is difficult for you, we will still make sure the important things are clear.
